Purpose: What is the space for, and how will players use it?
Location: The building or area, with a map screenshot if useful. Say whether the location is confirmed or still being considered.
Interior & exterior: List the rooms and floors you need. State whether the brief also includes the building, facade or other exterior changes.
Server approval: Has your server team approved the business and location, or is a decision still pending?
References: Examples of the layout, materials or atmosphere you have in mind.
Server setup: Other maps or systems the project needs to work alongside.
Timing & budget: Your intended deadline and budget range. We use these to check what work is possible.
